  1. Preheat oven to 190  C / 170  C air / hot gas. 6. Put the broccoli and garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, place on a baking sheet, and fry for 9-13 minutes.Pour the paste skins into the boiling salted skillet. Boil and drain the water according to the directions on the package. 
  2. Pour the parsley, basil, pine nuts, lemon juice, and parmesan into the blender. Set aside a few pieces after placing the cauliflower. Squeeze the garlic from the skin, put it in a blender with the remaining broccoli, mix with the pesto, and season according to taste.
  3. Mix the pasta and pesto together. Add the broccoli flowers that have been ordered, divide into two bowls, and garnish with parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and black pepper (if desired).
