Several good ways to serve eggs are half boiled, hard-boiled, pouched, and steamed because those cooking methods are oil free. If you want to use oil, a healthier option is to use healthier oil such as olive oil or canola oil. Use oil as small as possible and keep the heat in medium.

For breakfast, you can serve your egg with vegetables and healthy carb. To complete the nutrition, add small portion of fruit and healthy dairy. Since egg is also high cholesterol, one egg is enough for breakfast.

For your inspiration, the following is breakfast healthy recipe to try. The dish is called scrambled eggs with red beans, tomatoes, and pesto. The recipe is for 4 servings.
The ingredients:
  • 4 large eggs
  • Half cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • Half cup cooked red beans
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Salt and pepper

How to cook:
  1. Using a large skillet on medium heat stove, heat two tsp. olive oil. Add beans and tomatoes. Cook about 2 minutes and then add salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, put them on plate and clean the skillet.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add water, salt, and pepper. Heat 1 tsp. olive oil on the skillet and add the eggs. Stir the egg and cook it until set for about 2 minutes. Put the scrambled eggs on top of the beans and tomatoes. Put pesto for the spicy sensation.
